Commercial Bakeware for Hotels, Catering and Banquet Supply

Hotel and catering kitchens buy for service life, not for shelf price. A tart mold that releases cleanly for two hundred cycles and survives the dishwash is cheaper than one replaced every month. We supply commercial bakeware and pastry tools to hotels, banqueting kitchens, catering companies and the hospitality distributors who restock them.

Where Our Range Fits a Professional Kitchen

Specification and Supply Discipline

Food-contact material declarations on every line, working temperature ranges stated, and the same tooling held between orders so a replacement batch matches what is already in the kitchen. Where a group standardises on one item across properties, we price it as a standing line and keep it tooled for reorder. Neutral packaging for DC intake, or printed with your property codes for allocation.

Typical order profile: 50 to 500 pieces per line, 15 to 25 days lead time, consolidated across categories in one shipment, EXW, FOB (Shenzhen or Ningbo) or CIF.

Frequently Asked

Can we trial items before a group order?

Yes. Free samples of standard designs so a head chef can test release, wash-down and stacking behaviour in your own kitchen; you cover express freight, which takes 3 to 5 business days.

Do the silicone cups and steel frames hold up commercially?

The frame is carbon steel for rigidity and heat conduction; the cups are food-grade silicone rated -40 C to 230 C, so freezer, oven and dishwasher cycles are all in scope. Worn cups are replaced without scrapping the pan, which is the main cost argument against all-silicone molds in high-turn kitchens.

What compliance paperwork do you supply?

Material declarations for food-contact parts and test documentation against LFGB, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, SGS, RoHS and REACH as applicable. Certificate documents are available on request for tender and group procurement files.
