Professional-Grade 8 Cavity Silicone Ice Cube Tray for Commercial Use
Food-grade, BPA-free silicone that is odour-neutral, so ice does not carry freezer smell, working from -40 C to 230 C across freezer, microwave and top-rack dishwasher. The cavity is deliberately one large square instead of many small ones: fewer pieces, slower melt, less water in the glass. Release comes from pushing the base, so nobody twists a tray to crack a cube loose and nobody chips a corner trying.
Against the 3D diamond tray in the same range, this is the workhorse. Flat-sided squares stack, fill fast and ship in volume - the choice when a bar needs a hundred cubes an hour rather than one photographed serve. The diamond tray wins on presentation and loses on throughput and on how neatly pieces sit in a tin. Most accounts run both: this one for service, that one for the gift and events SKU.
What this tray is not: a fast-chill mold for high-volume soft drinks, where a small-cavity tray fills quicker, and not a clear-ice mold, since tap water will still cloud as it freezes. Fill just below the rim, slide the tray in level, and take no weight on top while the content is liquid. A different cavity count or cube dimension is new tooling rather than an adjustment to this mold, and we cut it in-house.
