About XBAKING

XBAKING is the brand of Abobo, founded in 2017 by Abobo and Mia. We are a product development & sourcing partner for importers, bakery chains, hotel and catering suppliers, and private-label brands. We develop and source with you – tooling in-house, production across a partner-factory network we have built for over 10 years – and we hold the mold files, the color standards and the test documentation ourselves rather than passing an enquiry to someone else’s catalogue.

Why the X

The X in XBAKING is not decoration. It is the part of the job that is not fixed yet: the collaboration itself, the range of what a product could become, and the ideas that never get made because nobody was there to turn them into a spec. X is the multiplier between your idea and a shelf-ready product. A drawing comes in; a mold, a material choice, a carton, a test report and a container go out. What we add is not a markup – it is the difference between those two.

The Team

Everyone on the team has spent more than ten years working with baking products, not general sourcing. That is why the conversation is technical from the first email: cavity fill and draft angle, steel gauge and coating adhesion, migration limits and food-contact declarations, carton construction and the incoterm that actually lands a container. The same people follow a job from tooling through production, inspection and overseas logistics, so whoever quotes your item is the person chasing it to the shipping line.

What We Supply

Silicone molds and mats, metal pans and bakeware, baking and pastry tools, cake decorating supplies, boards and stands, and the retail packaging that goes around them. We quote for business buyers rather than single-item retail orders, and we do not publish list prices: a figure without quantity, tooling and destination is not a quote, it is a guess.

How a Project Runs

Brief and target market, then a product or mold proposal with the material, wall thickness and cavity detail marked. First article for approval, food-contact documentation for the item, bulk production, packing to your carton and barcode spec, then shipment on the agreed incoterm. Standard lead time is 15 to 25 days after sample and artwork sign-off; a new cavity samples in 10 to 15 days.

Who We Serve

Buyers who need the same product twice. That shapes how we work: tooling and color standards are filed against your line so a reorder matches stock already selling, packaging can be neutral or printed with your branch or market codes, and mixed containers across categories are normal rather than exceptional. The buyer pages spell out what each type of account gets: bakery chains, private label brands, hotels and catering, and distributors and importers.

Where We Are and How Goods Move

We are China-based and export directly. Quotes are offered EXW, FOB (Shenzhen or Ningbo) or CIF on T/T or L/C at sight, with sea, air and express options through forwarders we already use into your region. Sample couriers run 3 to 5 business days.

Quality, Documentation and Audits

Our process runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, and the standards we test food-contact lines against are listed with what each one covers on the quality and compliance page. Certificate and test documents are available on request for your compliance file, and remote or on-site audits are welcome before an order rather than after it.
