We work with bakery equipment distributors, wholesale bakery distributors, bakery supply distributors and regional importers who already have the accounts and want a supplier line that holds up technically. You bring the market knowledge and the customer relationships; we bring tooling, food-contact documentation and export logistics. Distribution programs are open territory by territory, not on a first-come basis across a whole continent.
What a Distribution Program Includes
- Tiered pricing – bands at 500, 1,000, 5,000 and beyond, with an annual volume price held for the term
- Mixed containers – consolidate across baking tools, molds and pans, cake decorating, silicone kitchenware and utensils in one shipment instead of meeting a separate MOQ per line
- Catalog material – white-background images, spec sheets, carton data and dimensioned packing lists for your own price book
- Sample allowance – standard designs supplied free for your showroom or demo kit, freight collected
- Private label path – move from our neutral range to your branded line when a SKU proves out, see our private label programs
- Predictable replenishment – held tooling and color standards mean a reorder matches the stock already on shelves
What We Look For
Bakery wholesale distributors usually come to us in one of two shapes: a kitchenware line adding baking categories, or a bakery-focused trader taking on equipment. Either works. What we ask for is a real customer base in commercial baking, hotel and catering, or retail kitchenware; the ability to hold inventory locally; and enough annual volume to make a container consolidation sensible. New distributors normally start with a trial order from 50 pieces per design across several lines to test the market, then move to standing lines. If you already carry a competing silicone or bakeware line, say so up front – it changes how we structure territory, not whether we can work together.
Frequently Asked
Do you grant exclusive territory?
Yes, on performance. Exclusivity is written against an agreed annual volume and a review date, so protection is tied to actually building the market rather than to sitting on it.
What are the payment and shipping terms?
T/T or L/C at sight, EXW, FOB (Shenzhen or Ningbo) or CIF. Lead time is 15 to 25 days after order and artwork confirmation. Freight booking through forwarders we already use into your region.
Can we start small?
Yes. A trial order can start from 50 pieces per design across a mix of lines, which is how most of our distributors open an account before committing to volume pricing bands.
What documentation do you provide for our market?
Material declarations for all food-contact parts plus test documentation against LFGB, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, SGS, RoHS and REACH as applicable to the item, and FSC-certified paper options for boxes and hang cards. Certificate documents are available on request for your compliance and tender files.
