Set composition and pack formats are yours to define, and lead time stays on our standard 15-25 day schedule because nothing new enters production.
Brand Packaging
Level three. Packaging designed around your brand rather than our stock: custom printed boxes, sleeves and instruction leaflets, from structure design through printing to the compliance documents your market requires. MOQ is higher than private label and the calendar is longer – artwork and print plates sit in front of production – but the shelf presence is entirely yours.
Custom Tooling
Level four, the full product. We take a drawing, a physical sample or a photograph with dimensions and return a mold proposal with parting line, draft angle and wall thickness marked before any steel is cut. In-house tooling covers silicone compression; our partner-factory network extends the same project discipline to metal bakeware and small electric appliances. Where the deadline is a shelf date rather than a launch event, ODM is the shortcut: start from our existing cavity library, then change the count, the footprint, the color and the logo position, which removes most of the tooling cost and weeks from the calendar.

Do you take a project from sketch to container?
Yes. Drawing or sample in, mold proposal back, first article, food-contact test documentation, bulk production, packed and shipped on your incoterm. The one thing we do not do is quote a catalogue item as if we made it for you.
Who owns the custom mold?
You do, for tooling cut against your exclusive artwork. It stays on our floor for your repeat orders and is not offered to another buyer.
What does a new cavity cost in time?
10-15 days to sample after drawing confirmation, then 15-25 days for bulk once the sample and packaging artwork are signed off. Reusing an existing cavity profile is faster.
Can we audit the factory before ordering?
Yes, in person or remotely. Ask for the compound batch records and the migration test report for the item you intend to buy – both exist before production, not after.
