What We Customize
- Logo – laser-etched into the mold so the mark is molded into the part, or printed and engraved on steel handles and boards
- Color – Pantone matching on silicone, with food-contact pigment batches
- Shape and size – new cavities tooled from your sketch or sample, including 3D novelty shapes and custom stamp faces
- Set build – your assortment inside one retail box, e.g. cutters plus mats plus a pastry wheel set
- Packaging – color box, hang card, sleeve, insert, barcode and carton markings
From Artwork to Container
You send artwork or a physical sample. We return a digital proposal with tooling cost and a sampling window, then a pre-production sample in your material and color for sign-off. Bulk production runs 15 to 25 days after the sample and artwork are approved. Custom mold tooling is a one-time cost, and we hold your tooling exclusively – it is not used for another client’s order.
Low MOQ trials start at 50 pieces per design so a brand can test a SKU before committing to a container, and first-order quantities step up through 500, 1,000 and 5,000 piece price bands.

Who owns the custom mold?
You do, for the tooling we cut against your exclusive artwork. It stays on our production floor for your repeat orders and is not offered to other buyers.
Can you handle FBA prep and carton labelling?
Yes. FBA labelling, polybagging with suffocation warnings, carton content sheets and direct-to-shipment booking are routine for our e-commerce accounts.
What compliance documents do you provide?
Material declarations and test documentation against LFGB, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, SGS, RoHS and REACH as applicable to the item, plus FSC-certified paper options for boxes and hang cards where your retailer requires them. Certificate documents are available on request.
