We agree an item list with unit prices by quantity band, then you release against it when a branch opens or stock runs low. Each line keeps the same tooling and the same color, so a spatula bought in March matches one bought in November. Mixed containers are fine: consolidate across categories rather than meeting a separate MOQ on every SKU.
Standard MOQ starts at 50 pieces per item, lead time is 15 to 25 days, and we hold packaging neutral or print your internal branch codes on the cartons so stock can be allocated on arrival without repacking.

Can you supply against a fixed item list for a year?
Yes. We price the list once, hold the tooling and color standard for the term, and ship on your release schedule. If a line is discontinued we propose a matched replacement before the next release rather than after.
Do you ship direct to individual branches?
Most chains consolidate to one DC, but split shipments to a set of branch addresses are possible. Tell us the destination structure and we will quote freight accordingly, EXW, FOB (Shenzhen or Ningbo) or CIF.
What paperwork comes with a food-contact order?
Material declarations for every food-contact part, and test documentation against LFGB, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, SGS, RoHS and REACH where the item falls in scope. Certificate documents are available on request for your compliance file.
