Each unit is food-grade BPA-free ABS with a square base and a flat top plate, so boards sit level and the stack stays square through transport. The heights are chosen deliberately: 75 mm for a low two-tier presentation, 125 mm for the common dessert-table middle, 175 mm when a single feature cake has to clear the rest of the spread. Colour is white, ivory or gold as stocked, with Pantone matching for a branded event or a hotel's own palette.

Room-temperature display only, hand washed, never oven or dishwasher duty, and not a structure for carrying a heavy fruit cake at full height - the stack limit depends on the tier weights, which is why we ask for them at quotation. Set composition is yours: three of each height, or a weighted mix that matches how your outlets actually build cakes.

Plastic tools live or die on the edge. We set blade geometry and wall thickness for bench use in a busy kitchen, then build the set around it.
