The pan molds a 24 cm pumpkin with twelve even ribs and a soft center dome, 2.5 cm deep for even bake through. Food-grade silicone rated -40°C to 230°C runs pumpkin spice cakes at oven heat, then freezes into an ice-cream pumpkin for the dessert course - the same pan, no middle tray.
