Two tools spend most of a service doing half a job. Tongs grip a steak but cannot scrape a pan clean or lift a pancake without tearing it; a spatula slides under food but cannot close on a chop or a skewer. This is one molded body that opens into a pair of flat spatula blades and closes into tongs — the head grips and lifts, the flat blade slides and serves, and the slide lock on the handle holds the arms shut so the tool sits in a drawer or hangs on a rail without springing open. The blades are food-grade silicone, so the working edge is soft enough to run across a coated pan without leaving a scratch, and the perforations let oil and pan juices drain away instead of pooling on the food. There is stainless steel inside the handle, which is what keeps the arms springing back — an all-silicone tong slowly splays and stops gripping. The standard tool is 30 cm long with a 7.2 cm blade; length, blade width, colour and logo are made to your order — send us a sketch, a sample or just an idea, and our own tool shop turns it into a design and then into a real production mold.

A one-piece tool — 30 cm long with a 7.2 cm blade, stainless steel inside the handle — that works as both a spatula and a pair of tongs. Held open, the two flat blades behave like a wide turner — the thin leading edge slides under a pancake, a fillet or an egg without piercing it, and the perforations let fat drain back into the pan. Squeezed shut, the same blades meet as tongs for turning steaks, lifting chops off a grill or tossing a salad without crushing the leaves. The slide lock on the handle clips the arms closed, which keeps the tool compact in a drawer, stops the spring from opening it mid-wash, and lets one hand hold the tool shut while the other plates. A stainless-steel hanging loop at the top takes a standard rail hook or a kitchen bar, so the tool stores upright off the bench. Our China factory runs this product from tooling through molding to final QC on one floor.
The blade is where a utensil like this is usually let down. Molded too thick and the edge cannot get under the food; molded too thin and the corners curl up the first time it meets a hot pan. On a 30 cm body the blade runs 7.2 cm across its working width, and these blades are held to an even wall across that full span, with the leading edge tapered down to a fine line and the body behind it carrying enough molded section to stay flat under load — that is what lets the same tool scrape a pan, lift a full batch and close as tongs without the arms splaying. The silicone is food-grade and rated -40°C to 230°C, so the working end handles a hot skillet, a grill and a top-rack dishwasher cycle without hardening, and because the surface is soft it will not mark a non-stick or ceramic coating the way a metal turner does.
Use it as a turner for anything delicate and as tongs for anything you would rather not pierce — a steak, a sausage, a whole fish, a stuffed mushroom. Do not leave the tool resting in a hot pan between tasks: silicone handles heat, but a blade sitting on a live burner will scorch at the point of contact. Wash with warm water and a soft sponge, or send it through the top rack of a dishwasher; avoid scouring pads and sharp blades, which dull the tapered edge that makes the tool work. The slide lock is a plastic friction fit — push it fully to one end and it stays where you leave it, and it sits at the top of the handle away from the heat of the pan. For private-label orders we can add your logo to the handle and pack to your retail format.

Metal lines are specified, not styled: gauge, core construction and rim detail decide whether a pan survives a commercial oven and a dishwash cycle thousand times over.
Trusted by businesses across the food, craft, and retail industries worldwide.
Close the arms and turn steaks, chops and skewers without piercing the meat and losing the juices, then lock the tool shut and hang it on the rail between covers.
Open it flat to slide under pancakes, fried eggs and fillets — the tapered edge gets beneath the food and the perforations drain oil back into the pan instead of onto the plate.
Toss and serve dressed leaves, noodles and roasted vegetables with the tongs; the soft silicone edges will not bruise the leaves or scrape the bowl.
