The tray is cut in the shape of a giant scallop shell, and the six cavities nest inside it like a tide pool: a smiley jellyfish with trailing tentacles, a curled seahorse, a sea turtle with a patterned carapace, a beaded starfish, a ridged scallop, and a mermaid tail with fin and scale relief. Detail is the selling point — the beads and scales are molded deep, so they read in chocolate and candy melts without hand-piping, and release cleanly because the platinum-cured silicone flexes out of the narrowest fin tips. The 3 cm cavity depth gives each piece enough body to stand as a cake topper, not just lie flat as a coin.

This mold anchors the ocean theme of a mold program, and the shelf logic around it is the same factory floor: the fruit and character molds carry the everyday bakes, the Christmas trays own December, and the ocean set owns birthdays, pool parties and summer seasonal pegs. Everything runs on identical terms because we are the manufacturer — the design is stocked tooling with inventory behind it, teal and pink are standard with any Pantone color on the same tool, your brand goes on the retail card or kit box, and the minimum stays at 100 pieces per design. It is the practical way for a mid-size importer to test a theme line without committing to a custom tool.

Filling is ordinary silicone work: temper or melt chocolate, candy melts or pressed fondant into the six cavities, tap the tray once to level, and chill — pieces pop out with the bead and scale detail intact. The silicone is rated -40°C to 220°C, so it also bakes small cakes and cookies to 220°C and freezes into ice or no-bake versions; the tray washes on the dishwasher's top rack and springs flat for the next pour. Teal and pink are the stocked colors shown in the gallery; custom Pantone colors, two-tone pours and branded packaging are quoted with samples from our China factory.
