Dough proofs in the dusted basket, then turns out onto the peel holding its shape with the spiral pattern intact. The silicone goes from freezer cold-proof to a 230°C oven if the recipe calls for baking in-shape, washes in the dishwasher, and the sets ship with optional scraper, scoring and whisk tool add-ons for a complete bread kit.
It complements a bread program that already spans bannetons, slings, lames and mats from one factory. We are the manufacturer: beige, sage and coral run from stock, any Pantone color runs on the same tool from 100 sets, and the three-shape set or single-shape packs are both open to OEM.
Use is standard proofing: dust the ridged interior with flour, set the shaped dough seam-up, and cover for the rise - turn out and bake.
