The tray molds eight 6.9 x 3.9 cm bars in two rows on a 42 x 12.5 cm, 2 cm-deep footprint. Food-grade silicone rated -40°C to 230°C takes the tray from freezer pops to oven-baked bar cakes, and the matte cavities release cleanly with a gentle flex.

This is the volume step of our popsicle line: the same factory cuts 4-, 8- and 10-cavity layouts on shared bar profiles, so retail programs scale cavity count without changing the pop shape. Tray color, printed bags and stick programs run as OEM from 100 pieces per design.

Finished bars pull out flat and clean, ready for chocolate coating, sprinkles or wax-paper wrapping. Care is a dishwasher cycle. Samples and the current color card ship with your inquiry.

A fresh cavity is cut and sampled in 10 to 15 days, with bulk production 15 to 25 days after you sign the sample off. Rush windows depend on press schedule rather than on minimum order size.
