A 17 x 27 cm rectangular tray molds six 3.5 cm-deep pumpkins in two rows, each with even ribs and a stem notch. Food-grade silicone rated -40°C to 230°C covers oven bakes, freezer desserts and room-temperature chocolate and candy pours.

The tray rounds out our harvest five alongside the squirrel board, bundt centerpiece and leaf trays - one palette, one lead time, one coordinated program. As the manufacturer we run Pantone colors, artwork and depth changes from 100 pieces per design.

Shore hardness, compound lot and Pantone master are recorded against your mold, so a reorder six months later releases and flexes the same way. The tool stays on our floor between your orders and is not offered to another buyer.

How fast can a new cavity be sampled?

A fresh cavity is cut and sampled in 10 to 15 days, with bulk production 15 to 25 days after you sign the sample off. Rush windows depend on press schedule rather than on minimum order size.
